What is Caracal?

Caracal is used as a digital evaluation-system to evaluate courses at selected faculties. The system offers the options:

• to plan and set the evaluations process
• to respond and analyze the results of the filled out questionnaires (within a course or between courses)
• to bundle via an upload function, all the information about an evaluated course
• to offer all time insight in this bundle of information to people in the quality insurance process depending on the roll or access options.

With Caracal you can plan and set the process from e-mails to teachers , invite students to fill out digital the questionnaire, reminders to students, and automatically closing the questionnaire. Afterwards the teacher can respond in the system on the results and Educational Committees, Educational Directors (everyone in the rol Manager) has the possibility to analyze the results. There is also the option to upload additional information or documents. This way all important information of a course evaluation is bundled in the system.
