What is Caracal?

Caracal is used as a digital evaluation system to evaluate courses at selected faculties. The system offers the options:

  • planning and setting up the evaluations process
  • responding to and analyzing the results of completed questionnaires (both within a course or between courses)
  • bundling all information about an evaluated course via an upload function
  • providing continuous access to this bundle of information for those involved in the quality insurance process, depending on the roll or access options.

With Caracal you can manage the entire process: sending e-mails to teachers , inviting students to complete the digital questionnaire, sending reminders to students, and automatically closing the questionnaire. Afterward, teachers can respond to the results within the system. Educational Committees and Educational Directors (everyone with the role of Manager) can analyze the results. There is also an option to upload additional information or documents. This way all important information about a course evaluation is bundled in the system.

Manuals for teachers and members of the educational committees can be found under documents
